How can we make Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) more widespread, scalable, and better integrated into territorial policies?
This question is at the heart of the SHIFT workshop dedicated to the presentation of the new NBS Catalogue: an opportunity to explore solutions, case studies, and enabling conditions that can support the wider adoption of nature-based interventions.
The catalogue brings together implemented case studies from Italy and across Europe, analysing their positive impacts on local territories and the policy perspectives that can help accelerate their uptake.
During the event, local institutions, public authorities, and members of the SHIFT Working Group will discuss key challenges, development opportunities, and practical approaches to making Nature-Based Solutions increasingly applicable at the territorial scale.
