Dear friends,
we are proud to announce that from Thursday 1 to 11 October spazioBACCA will host the “Village Off”, the true heart and centre of Fringe Milano Off, which this year celebrates its tenth anniversary: a celebration of theatre, performing arts and contemporary art, spread across even unusual spaces, connecting the whole city through culture.
Within this framework, spazioBACCA becomes a meeting place for companies, industry professionals and audiences, hosting exhibitions, talks, events, as well as the info point and box office.
On Thursday 1 October at 10:30am, the many events of these days will kick off with “Pitch Me”: a series of meetings between companies, artistic directors and national and international industry professionals, in which each company has a few minutes to present their show.
This will continue at 11:30am with “World Fringe: what a wonderful world”: an international panel with Fringe representatives from around the world, some joining remotely. An opportunity to engage with directors and professionals from the Fringe network to explore perspectives, share experiences and discover opportunities for international exchange and collaboration.
Next comes “Ti conquisto in 5 minuti” (“Win me over in 5 minutes”), short previews of the shows on the programme, where companies present their project through tasters, extracts or storytelling.
Throughout the rest of the festival, further talks and workshops will follow — stay updated by visiting spazioBACCA’s and Green City Italia’s social media pages, or the Fringe Festival website.
For more information, you’re invited to the presentation of the Fringe Milano Off Festival on Tuesday 29 September at 8:30pm at the Area Zelig (Viale Monza 140, Milan), a free event with booking available at this link.
We look forward to seeing you!
